Fuddruckers' relentless commitment to freshness has not wavered since 1980 when the first Fuddruckers opened in San Antonio, TX. We offer our guests freshly ground hamburgers from our on-premise butcher shops and fresh baked products from our in-house bakeries.

The menu includes not only our famous 1/2-lb. and 1/3-lb. hamburgers, but our enormous 1-lb. hamburger too! We've also added Big Bowl Salads, new Steakhouse Platters, and fantastic desserts like our Brownie Blast Sundae.
